A Midlife Christian Chronic Illness Blogger since 2016, homebound with Severe ME/cfs since 2004. In 2022 I became a Nazareth Companion with St Martin’s-in-the-fields, London, Nazareth Community.
I love discussion, being creative, humour (laughing has to be my favourite hobby), nature, and travel. Although I can rarely do very much or go anywhere!
My recent efforts to save local wildlife habitat had to mainly stop due to huge relapse, but I continue to do what I can and nudge where I can. #NoPlanetB And have been named as a Champion for Nature by the RSPB this year, 2025. Which is incredibly kind of them.

What a sweet slice of tranquility there in your garden, Penny. I think we should get one of those hedgehogs, a statue is much safer than the real thing running around with our cat on the loose!
